These terms govern use of the Verifiedental website. Any paid verification, follow-up, inspection or support engagement requires a separate written scope and commercial agreement.

Website purpose
Verifiedental provides buyer-side information about dental supplier verification, document consistency, production monitoring, order follow-up, pre-shipment inspection, loading evidence and warranty follow-up in China. Website content is general business information and does not by itself create a client, agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship.
No regulatory, legal or technical approval
Website content and preliminary enquiries do not constitute legal, customs, regulatory, tax, laboratory, medical or engineering advice. A Compliance Check identifies supplier-side consistency and visible gaps; it does not grant market approval, product registration or certification. Buyers remain responsible for obtaining qualified advice for their destination market.
Separate service scope
Paid work begins only after the parties agree the supplier, product, order stage, objectives, evidence sources, sampling or visit scope, deliverables, timing, fees, exclusions and responsibilities in writing. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Service boundaries
- Supplier Verification reduces uncertainty within an agreed scope but cannot guarantee future supplier performance.
- Document review cannot confirm every legal or destination-market obligation.
- Production monitoring reflects agreed checkpoints and is not continuous supervision of every unit.
- Inspection is sampled and cannot guarantee that every item is defect-free or prevent transport damage.
- Order follow-up supports communication and records but does not authorize Verifiedental to contract, pay or approve changes for the buyer.
- Warranty support organizes evidence and follows supplier commitments but cannot guarantee compensation, repair, replacement or legal enforcement.
Buyer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete order information; identifying the decision the work should support; supplying approved specifications, samples or acceptance criteria where relevant; and making final supplier, payment, shipment, regulatory and commercial decisions.
Acceptable website use
You may use the website for lawful business research and enquiries. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code or spam, impersonate another person, misuse forms, or copy and present Verifiedental content as your own service.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website copy, layout, checklists, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to Verifiedental. You may use public checklist information internally for evaluating your own sourcing activity, but you may not republish, sell or commercially redistribute substantial portions without permission.
Third-party content and links
Third-party names, standards, regulatory sources, supplier sites and external links remain the responsibility of their owners. A link or reference does not imply endorsement, certification or control by Verifiedental.
Website availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular commercial decision.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Verifiedental is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, third-party websites, supplier statements or decisions made without an agreed service scope. Any liability connected to paid work is governed by the applicable written service agreement.
Changes
We may update these website terms when the site, services or operating practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
