Buyer-side workflow

Define the decision first. Collect only the evidence that supports it.

Each engagement is scoped around the buyer’s product, supplier, order stage and next decision—not around a generic checklist alone.

Verifiedental workflow
Five-step engagement

From buyer question to practical next action.

01

Share the situation

Supplier, product, quotation, order stage and concern.

02

Define the decision

What must the buyer decide after receiving the evidence?

03

Agree the scope

Documents, visit, sample, checkpoints and boundaries.

04

Collect evidence

Review, follow-up, inspection or supplier confirmation.

05

Choose the next step

Proceed, correct, re-check, hold or escalate.

Report logic

A useful report separates facts from assumptions.

LayerPurposeExample
Confirmed evidenceDirectly reviewed, observed or documented.Entity, label file, inspected sample or carton count.
Supplier statementClaim not yet independently confirmed.Capacity, completion date or promised replacement.
Unresolved gapInformation required before the next decision.Missing model mapping or incomplete correction.
Recommended actionThe next practical control point.Clarify, revise, monitor production or arrange PSI.
Remote and on-site work

Not every question requires a factory visit.

Supplier identity, certificates and order files may begin with remote review. Production status, workmanship, quantity, packaging and loading may require on-site evidence.

Evidence sources

  • Supplier corporate and product files
  • Quotations, specifications and approved references
  • Current photos, videos and live communication
  • Factory-side observations within scope
  • Inspection samples and shipment evidence
  • Warranty records and supplier replies
