Since we are based locally in Foshan, we can typically deploy an inspector to the site within 1 to 4 hours of your booking.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
Simply fill out the form with the product type (e.g., Dental Unit), factory name/location, and order quantity. We will get back to you with a transparent, all-inclusive price.
What happens if you find defects during inspection?
Unlike agencies that just “report and leave,” we stay to handle it. We inform you immediately and can negotiate with the factory on-site to rework or replace defective units before they are packed.
Do you charge for travel expenses?

Absolutely. We are your eyes and ears. You can provide your own checklist, or we can create a custom one based on your specific requirements and our industry experience.
How do we communicate during the project?
We believe in real-time updates. Besides email, our team is available on WhatsApp and WeChat or other way you like to send you live videos or instant feedback from the factory floor.
